Museum Wines | 2004 Shiraz
This 2004 vintage Shiraz was produced from Estate grown, specially selected parcels of old vine Shiraz by the Oliver Family.
The vintage was cold early, followed by some extreme heat in February. A strong vintage with excellent longevity.

- Jeremy Oliver Wine Guide 2008, 96 points
A finely crafted and superbly structured Shiraz whose slightly closed and withdrawn bouquet gradually unfolds layers of brooding, briary fruit and tightly balanced oak.Long, evenly balanced and sumptuously fruited, its deliciously spicy and focused palate delivers mouthfilling small berry flavour and dusty French oak undertones framed by fine grained tannins. With a terrific structure and surprising elegance, it should cellar superbly over the medium to long term.

A great nose- smells of stewed fruits with some serious oak underneath. Superb savoury palate has it all- flavour, depth, length and balance. 4 stars
- Winewise Magazine, Sept 2007, Highly recommended
Ripe and rich, with good depth of fruit and balanced tannins in a truly regional style.
